Shipping Policy

We want your Dermaform order to reach you smoothly, and we would rather be upfront about timelines than promise something we cannot keep. Below we explain how your order is processed and delivered.

Processing and delivery times

  • Once you place an order, we take 1 to 3 working days to process it. During the week this is usually one working day, but orders placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.
  • Once your order has been processed, it is dispatched. Delivery then takes an average of 8 to 12 working days.

These are averages, not guarantees. If anything causes a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All of our products are delivered to your door completely free of charge, with no minimum order required.

How to place an order

  1. Go to the product or quiz page and add the item you want to your cart. Check that you have selected the correct option, then continue.
  2. Click Checkout and enter your address details. Please make sure everything is correct, then continue to the shipping step.
  3. On the shipping step you can review the address you entered. Every order is shipped completely free of charge. Continue to payment.
  4. Choose your payment method. All payment options on derma-form.com are SSL-encrypted, so you can always rely on a secure payment environment:
    • Klarna (deferred payment)
    • Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
    • PayPal
    • EPS
    • SOFORT
  5. Once you have selected your payment method, complete your order. You will be redirected to your chosen provider to finish the payment.

Customs and import duties

Depending on your delivery country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by local authorities. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
